Our Team

Jonathan, the founder of Lothric Labs, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. As a Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) installer, he has demonstrated his expertise in automotive, information technology, entertainment, navigation, safety, and security systems. Additionally, DiMattei serves as an International Automotive Sound Challenge Association (IASCA) Judge, where he evaluates and helps improve car audio systems. His technical skills are further validated by his certification as an Autodesk Certified Associate, showcasing his proficiency in using Autodesk software for design and engineering tasks. Jonathan's diverse credentials and deep industry knowledge make him a respected figure in the automotive, car audio, and additive manufacturing communities. He's also a U.S. Army Veteran.

Joseph DiMattei
Senior Applications Engineer

With more than 20 years of experience in additive manufacturing, Joseph F. DiMattei brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise, hands‑on engineering skill, and mission‑driven discipline to Lothric Labs. His career spans advanced applications engineering, DFAM‑focused CAD development, and comprehensive hardware and software support for industrial and defense‑grade 3D printing systems.

As a Lead CAD Engineer, he has specialized in Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM), helping organizations transition from traditional workflows to optimized digital manufacturing pipelines. His work includes part redesign, topology optimization, production‑ready modeling, and the integration of advanced additive technologies into both prototyping and full‑scale production.

Kir Buckner is an Account Manager at Lothric Labs, helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and creators turn ideas into real-world products through 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and additive manufacturing.

With a background in media, marketing, entrepreneurship, and hands-on product development, Kir brings a creative and business-minded perspective to every client relationship. His own experience developing physical products and exploring 3D-printed manufacturing gives him a unique understanding of the journey from concept to finished product.

With over five years of hands-on experience in the aerospace, biomedical, and manufacturing industries, he has contributed to projects spanning orbital propulsion systems, airport automation, and patient-specific implant development. Proficient in SolidWorks, ANSYS, Autodesk Fusion, and AutoCAD, Conner brings a future-focused mindset to Lothric Labs while applying aerospace-grade engineering and additive manufacturing to the development of next-generation technologies.
