Our Team

Jonathan, the founder of Lothric Labs, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. As a Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) installer, he has demonstrated his expertise in automotive, information technology, entertainment, navigation, safety, and security systems. Additionally, DiMattei serves as an International Automotive Sound Challenge Association (IASCA) Judge, where he evaluates and helps improve car audio systems. His technical skills are further validated by his certification as an Autodesk Certified Associate, showcasing his proficiency in using Autodesk software for design and engineering tasks. Jonathan's diverse credentials and deep industry knowledge make him a respected figure in the automotive, car audio, and additive manufacturing communities. He's also a U.S. Army Veteran.

Tim Talley is a veteran sales and technical leader with 40+ years in Automotive, Aerospace, and Defense. He has managed sales teams of over 200 people, trained cross‑industry professionals, and led complex design and manufacturing projects. His background spans advanced manufacturing, reverse engineering, and industrial system development, supported by strong CAD expertise including electrical inspection work for the 2008 Kennedy Space Center shuttle launch pad. Tim excels at translating customer needs into clear, actionable solutions, bringing deep experience across industrial, automotive, and defense environments. Outside of work, he stays driven through racing, weightlifting, and vocal tonality coaching.

Conner Piko is a mechanical engineer with deep technical expertise in aerospace systems design, mechanical analysis, and additive manufacturing. With over five years of hands-on experience in the aerospace, biomedical, and manufacturing industries, he has contributed to projects spanning orbital propulsion systems, airport automation, and patient-specific implant development. Proficient in SolidWorks, ANSYS, Autodesk Fusion, and AutoCAD, Conner brings a future-focused mindset to Lothric Labs while applying aerospace-grade engineering and additive manufacturing to the development of next-generation technologies.
